We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we deliver the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

As part of the Services, we may provide you with access to customer tools offered by third parties over which we do not exercise any monitoring, control, or input.

Norva Select uses Shopify technology, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sale and purchase you make in our store is made directly with Norva Select. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales that take place between you and Norva Select, including any injury, damage, or loss caused by the products and services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Norva Select.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your obligations except to the extent that you are materially prejudiced.
